Remember, To Reduce Triglyceride–

  • Eat processed meat, trans fat should be avoided.
  • Eat fried foods.
  • Refined carbs cannot be eaten.
  • Saturated fat in food should be less than 5 percent.
  • Abstain from alcoholism.

What To Eat Reduce Triglyceride:

The most useful diet to reduce triglyceride levels is the Mediterranean diet or the Mediterranean diet.
